Had a good quote from these guys, pretty competitive when I looked around and got to say they have been great. Had no issues with delays unlike my previous insurance company, who shall remain nameless.
Only complaint I have is it can take a while to get through on the phone but that said, the staff were very good once contacted
Got a great quote but suffered with bad customer service. Got it sorted eventually (I was covered and they didn’t argue that) but lots of messing about on the phone. Average insurer, 3 out of 5!

i agree with stu above the customer service is terrable after several phone calls,faxes and letters the problem i have with autonet insurance is still not settled,they ask for information you send it in then they sware they have never seen it then they ask you to send it fao a cirtain person who never replys
